Payment process

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, American Express, JCB and other other payments.

As soon as you submit an order, your registration key and download instructions are e-mailed to you between 24/48h after order (time for fraud verification). Use the key to activate the software you have already downloaded and installed.

We do not sell, hire or publicize your e-mail address or any other personal/company data held in our records.

Software update Free lifetime update the software version that you purchase.

You receive include 12 months dedicated support and maintenance for the software version that you purchase. You are entitled to support (by email or live support) from our engineering team.

Refunds and our money-back policy

Before purchasing a license, you are provided Trial/Express edition Software to determine whether the Software fits your business needs, works on your computer, and provides the benefits for which you will purchase the Software license.

You do not have to provide AnyDbTest Technology with a credit card or other purchase information when you download, install or use the Trial/Express edition Software.

When you purchase the software product, we will give you one 30-day money back guarantee period, during which you may have your payment returned if you are not satisfied with the product, and our technicians are not able to improve its functioning.

Please be patient and allow our technicians to help you re-install/re-activate/reset our software on your computers when you face some problems. We will only refund your money if our technicians are not able to make our software work on your computer during the period. There is no refund after that.
